Book a callStarter (20 senior hours/month) suits lean teams with a clear brief. Scale (40 hours/month) adds development, creative direction, and project management for teams with an evolving roadmap. Sprint is fixed-bid project work, ideal when you know the scope and need a deadline.
A senior team assembled for your account, designers and engineers with 10+ years of experience, all US-based. We recruit the right specialists per client, so you get short-term access to the best in the business. Our triage is unbiased, so you may even work with our founder.
Hours are tracked transparently in a shared dashboard. Unused hours do not roll over; they are reserved for you month to month, so carrying them over would take time away from another paying client. Please use your resources responsibly. You can upgrade or downgrade plans at any time.
Sprint projects begin at $12,500 with a fixed scope, fixed timeline, and fixed bid. After a short discovery call we send a written proposal that states the full project total. Sprint billing then moves in equal installments every two weeks across the timeline of the engagement, so the agreed amount is spread evenly from kickoff through wrap-up.
Starter and Scale are flexible subscriptions, not long-term contracts. Invoice amounts are due on the invoice dates shown. Charges process through Stripe, with receipts by email. You can opt into automatic charging or autopay so service does not lapse between billing periods.
Subscription amounts are split in half. Your first payment is 50% of the plan you choose. From there, each monthly invoice combines the balance for the stretch you are finishing (the remaining 50%) with a new 50% deposit that funds the stretch ahead. That steady pattern makes pauses and plan changes easier to time.
Sprint projects are scoped to a fixed total up front. After that number is set, we invoice in even bi-weekly increments through the Sprint so the full agreed amount is collected predictably over the life of the project.
The majority of designs are completed within 2 days according to your plan's allocation. Larger tasks can take longer. Time estimates and delivery dates can be viewed anytime in Tally. You may also re-prioritize tasks anytime.
We use Figma for ideation and establishing base designs, AI tools like Cursor or Claude for prototyping, and our own tool Tally for tracking tasks and timelines. Depending on the deliverable, we will often use industry standard tools like Adobe Creative Cloud.
Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime. If you do either before the 15th day of your billing period, we will simply cease work and you will not owe us anything. If you cancel on or after the 15th day, you will owe the full balance for the period.
